Crunchyroll will stream Jujutsu Kaisen 0, Your Name, and more anime movies


Crunchyroll has announced that they will be releasing a number of anime movies in the coming months, including the JUJUTSU KAISEN 0 prequel movie, your name, Josée, the tiger and the fish, and more. Crunchyroll will stream multiple movies every Thursday from August 11 through October. You can see the full program below:

August 11:

  • Josée, the tiger and the fish
  • The stranger from the shore
  • lost human

August 18:

  • Wolf children
  • The boy and the beast
  • Sing a little harmony

Additionally, the following movies are also set to be released: Afro Samurai: Resurrection, Sing a Bit of Harmony, Sword of the Stranger and films of the series Free!, Fairy tale, PSYCHO PASS, Code Geassand black butler.

All the movies are a great addition to the Crunchyroll streaming platform, and JUJUTSU KAISEN 0 is especially interesting for fans who haven’t had a chance to see it in theaters yet. It is the prequel to the TV anime, and the story is described:
Yuta Okkotsu is a nervous high school girl who suffers from a serious problem. His childhood friend Rika has turned into a curse and won’t leave him alone. Since Rika is no ordinary curse, her fate is noticed by Satoru Gojo, a teacher at Jujutsu High, a school where young exorcists learn to fight curses. Gojo convinces Yuta to enroll, but can he learn enough in time to face the curse that haunts him?
